At 15 years old, Austin Herzog qualifies to compete in both the Junior Late Models and the Pro Late Models at Madera Speedway… so he races both! With a winning family heritage at Madera Speedway, Austin has been around this race track his entire life, and knows its racing surface as well as anyone. Austin is consistently dominant in the Junior Late Models class, and always a top competitor in the Pro Late Models class. As I write this, he is preparing to run in the biggest race of the season… a race that pulls drivers from all around just to compete for the big prize, and only the fastest 26 will have the privilege of participating in the prestigious A-main event. I have complete confidence, and even expectation, that Austin will be in this top group.
